Who gets the lead?+
You do. Every lead from your listings goes directly to your inbox. I also receive a copy so I can help with the mortgage side — but the client relationship is yours. You brought them in, you own the relationship.
When am I notified?+
Immediately. The moment a buyer completes the tool, both you and I receive an email notification with their full details — name, phone, email, the property they looked at, and the scenarios they ran.
Does Shawn also contact the lead?+
Only for the mortgage side — and only if the buyer reached out for mortgage help. I'm your mortgage partner, not your competitor. I handle the financing, you handle the real estate. We both win.
Is this really free? What's the catch?+
No catch. The lender pays my commission when a mortgage closes. Your clients get free tools. You get free leads. I get mortgage referrals. Everyone wins. There is no fee, no contract, and no obligation.
What if I want to end the partnership?+
Call me or text me. I remove your branding and deactivate your QR codes. No hard feelings, no penalty, no awkward conversation. You keep every lead you already received.
